The Website of the Service Provider offers information on available services for interested users and potential customers. For requesting further information or a tangible offer on any of the available services, the Website provides a variety of prepared contact forms for its users. In addition the Service Provider offers a Business Community, the so-called Developer Martketplace (Developer Network) for organisers of software development projects and for software developers. Users need to register on the Website in order to join this community.

When and for what purposes data will be surveyed?

For users that are looking for information on our website only

If our website is used for information purposes only, there will be no personal data collected at all. But a session cookie will created while using our Website. This session cookie will be deleted after closing the browser session. The session cookie is technically necessary for the control of the Website.  Cookies in general are small text files that are offering the opportunity of saving user specific data on the user’s device while visiting a website. By using cookies it is principally possible to determine and analyze the user’s behavior, as well as to create a more user-friendly experience on the use of our website. For users who like to join our Developer Network

Users need to register first on our Website in order to join the Developer Network. At least the following personal information will be stored in our database during the registration process and the following membership in our community: User name (nick name), full name,  gender/salutation, valid e-mail address. Further a couple of additional information may be stored in the user's profile as well, e.g. name of company, user's role within the company, an address, a telephone number, the reason for the registration and additional information in free-text fields.

These information are necessary in order to participate on all available opportunities of our community.

How long will the data be stored?

All data that have been collected by any of the contact forms will be deleted not later than 6 months.

All data in our Developer Network will be stored permanently. If wished, registered users will have to delete these data manually or request a deletion of data at the Service Provider.

Consent to the privacy policy

The user consent implicitly by any kind of use of our Website or related services to the use of their personal data within the hereby described way. The consent has to be understood as explicit if a user places an inquiry by one of our contact forms.

Explicit rights of users

At any time and without giving any reasons user may contradict the further use of their personal data.

At any time users may receive a complete overview of all their personal data stored in our systems (as well as related non-personal data). The provisioning may happen electronically or paper-based and will not be charged by the Service Provider. Registered users of our Developer Network may download a copy of all stored data by using the Download Your Information button within their user profile.

Users may also order a complete deletion of their stored personal data. Depending on active and/or valid contracts it might be necessary to respect statutory or business retention requirements.
